The Arise Women’s Mentorship Program is designed for women who desire to grow deeper in their relationship with Christ, discover their identity and purpose in Him, and learn how to live a victorious life through the Word and the Spirit.

This is a personal, one-on-one mentorship and training experience with Kelly Reza, created to meet women where they are and help them move forward in what God has called them to be.

Through weekly meetings and intentional training, you will be equipped to build a strong foundation in Christ, strengthen your faith, understand your identity, and learn how to apply God’s Word to the challenges of everyday life.

What You Will Learn

Together, we will explore:

• Identity in Christ — understanding who you are and who God created you to be.

• Faith — learning how to trust God, believe His Word, and stand firm in His promises.

• Your Foundation in Christ — establishing a strong spiritual foundation that will keep you rooted and grounded.

• Walking in the Spirit — learning to recognize the Holy Spirit’s leading and allowing Him to guide your daily life.

• Practical Christian Living — addressing real-life challenges, decisions, relationships, emotions, and circumstances through the truth of God's Word.

• Breaking Cycles of Defeat — identifying patterns, wrong beliefs, and obstacles that have kept you from moving forward and learning how to walk in freedom and victory.

• Living in God's Power — growing in your understanding of the Holy Spirit and learning to recognize and experience God's power through your daily walk with Christ.

A Commitment to Growth

Mentorship is a commitment. This program is designed for women who are ready to be intentional about their spiritual growth and willing to make the investment of time, consistency, and obedience necessary to grow.

Each week provides an opportunity to learn, ask questions, receive personal guidance, apply the Word, and grow in your relationship with God. The goal is not simply to gain knowledge, but to put what you learn into practice and see transformation in your everyday life.

Honoring Your Church and Spiritual Leadership

The Arise Women’s Mentorship Program is also designed to help you become a stronger, more faithful, and more effective member of your local church.

We believe God places us in churches and under spiritual leadership for a purpose. As you grow in the Word and in the Spirit, you will also learn the importance of honor, submission, faithfulness, servanthood, and supporting the ministry and pastors God has placed over you.

Arise mentorship is not intended to replace your pastor’s voice or take the place of your local church. Instead, it is designed to complement what you are receiving in your church by helping you develop a stronger personal foundation in the Word and learn how to apply what you are being taught to your everyday life.

Our desire is that what you receive through Arise will go back with you into your church. You will be equipped to serve, encourage, support, and become a blessing to the place where God has planted you.

As you learn to walk in the Spirit, understand your identity, grow in faith, and live according to God's Word, you will be better prepared to honor your spiritual leaders, recognize the value of your church family, and participate in the work God is doing through your local congregation.

We don't want to pull women away from their churches—we want to send women back stronger, healthier, better equipped, and ready to be a blessing.

The goal of the Arise Women’s Mentorship Program is to train and equip women to live victorious lives daily, walk confidently in their identity in Christ, and become women who know the Word, follow the Spirit, and are prepared to fulfill God's purpose for their lives.

As you grow in the Word and learn to walk in the Spirit, you will become equipped to recognize God's leading, stand firm in your identity in Christ, overcome the challenges that once kept you bound, and walk confidently in the purpose He has placed within you.
